Rooted in Uganda,
Growing East Africa's Leaders
Twelve years of purposeful coaching, deep community roots, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every African professional.

From One Conversation to a Movement
Sea Stone Garden Consulting Ltd. began in 2014 with a simple but urgent question: why were so many talented Ugandan professionals held back — not by lack of skill or intelligence, but by gaps in communication, confidence, and leadership development?
Our founder, Dr. Grace Apio Lubega, a trained organisational psychologist who had worked across East Africa and the United Kingdom, returned to Kampala determined to build something that would address this gap from the inside out. She gathered a small team of coaches and facilitators, rented a modest space on Kira Road, and began working with the first cohort of twelve professionals.
